All orders ship from the UK.
There is FREE standard delivery for UK deliveries (includes Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). UK orders are sent by 1st Class (non-tracked) postage.
For international deliveries, there is a flat rate delivery cost of £8.75. International orders are sent by tracked postage. International deliveries are available to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United States of America (USA)
If an order needs to be redelivered either for an international exchange, incorrect address return or uncollected return then the following shipping costs will be charged:
- UK - £1.75
- International - £8.75
Due to seller protection rules, items only ship to the address on the order. So please ensure your address information is correct before purchasing. If you request a different delivery address after ordering, the order will be cancelled and you will need to reorder with the correct address.
The majority of items dispatch within 1 - 3 business days. If a dispatch date will likely be more than 5 business days, you will be notified via email of an estimated dispatch date.
Please note that the following delivery times are only estimates and delivery times can be longer. It depends upon your local postal delivery service and on customs clearance times as well.
Orders ship 1st Class as standard and Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 1 - 3 business days once an order is dispatched.
Orders ship via tracked Airmail and delivery can typically take between 1 - 4 weeks once an order is dispatched. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks if there are postal delays.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 4 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
- 8 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside the UK
Duties & Local Taxes
Many countries apply customs fees and import taxes on packages over a certain value entering their country. Please be aware that you, the customer, have the sole responsibility for these fees and/or taxes that are applied at the point of entry into the destination country.
All items come packaged in a cardboard gift box made from 100% recycled card that is ready for gifting. As items are already packaged in a way suitable for gifting, I believe that extra wrapping is unnecessary and better for the environment. Therefore, I do not offer a specific gift wrapping service.
(For sterling silver items, if giving as a gift, please keep the jewellery item inside the plastic resealable bag it arrives in until you are ready to gift the item. The gift box isn't airtight and therefore keeping it in the plastic bag will keep the sterling silver from tarnishing.)
