Yes. International deliveries are available to the following countries:

UK orders are sent by 1st Class (non-tracked) postage as standard.

  • For orders under £30, there is a flat rate delivery cost of £2.50 to UK addresses (includes Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).
  • There is FREE standard delivery for orders over £30 to UK addresses.

International orders are sent by tracked postage.

  • For international deliveries, there is a flat rate delivery cost of £11.50.

The following shipping upgrades are available to UK addresses (includes Isle of Man and the Channel Islands):

  • Signed For (1st Class) - £4.50
  • Special Delivery - £8.00

Shipping upgrades are not offered for international orders and they are shipped via tracked Airmail postage.

The majority of items dispatch within 1 - 3 business days. If a dispatch date will likely be more than 5 business days, you will be notified via email of an estimated dispatch date.

All orders ship from the UK. For full delivery and shipping information please read the Shipping Policy. Please note that the following delivery times are only estimates and delivery times can be longer. It depends upon your local postal delivery service and on customs clearance times as well.


Orders ship 1st Class as standard and Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 1 - 3 business days once an order is dispatched.


Orders ship via tracked Airmail and delivery can typically take between 1 - 4 weeks once an order is dispatched. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks if there are postal delays.


The stock quantities on items are based on the amount of charms and parts that I have in actual stock. However, I can order more parts (depending upon the availability of my suppliers), so please get in touch to discuss your requirements. Please include a link to the item you want to buy. Along with stating any customisations you require (letter/birth month crystal etc). You will then receive an email response (normally within 24 hours). You will be provided with information about how long it might take for me to make the item you require and how to proceed with placing an order.

Yes. Cancellations are accepted up till an order dispatches and you will receive a full refund. Please follow the instructions as stated in the Refund Policy to cancel your order.

Please notify me of your issue. The matter is then investigated and you will be contacted to inform you of any next steps. This might include waiting a little longer if there are postal delays and/or customs delays to your country. If the order is deemed by Purple Wyvern Jewels as lost, it will be either resent or fully refunded.

Please take photos of the item(s). Including a photo of the original packaging for damaged items. Follow the instructions as stated in the Refund Policy to notify me of your issue. Information is also provided in the Refund Policy as to the process of how incorrect orders are handled.

Yes and no. Exchanging for a different size is dependent upon what the item is.

As bracelets and necklaces are in a variety of sizes, you can return these items to exchange for a different size. Please follow the instructions as stated in the Refund Policy to exchange your order.

Bangles are only available in one size, so I am unable to offer an exchange for a different size on these items. Instead, you can return your order for a full refund.

Please notify me that you wish to return an order within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the instructions as stated in the Refund Policy to return your order.


Bangles & Bracelets

Measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where a bracelet would normally sit on the wrist) using a tape measure or a piece of string. If measuring with string, mark how much string needs to go around your wrist and then measure that length of string with a ruler. Add between ¼" to ¾" to your wrist length and that will be the minimum size of bracelet you will need. Adding ¼" will give a snug fit, adding ½" will give a more comfortable fit and adding ¾" will give a loose fit.

For reference, 7" (17¾cm) is a standard bracelet length for an adult female.


If you have a necklace that you like the length of how it sits on you, then measure the length of that necklace (i.e. length of chain including the length of the clasp/closure) and choose the closest size.

Please, be aware that the necklace lengths do not include the pendant charm length. So you will need to take this into consideration when choosing a necklace length.

If you are unsure, for instance, you are buying as a gift for someone (for an average adult female neck):

  • 16" is a loose choker that fits around the base of the neck.
  • 18" sits on the collar bone.
  • 20" and 22" falls below the collar bone.

For reference, 18" (46cm) is a standard necklace length for an adult female.

Many of the items are offered with a letter and/or birth month crystal charm. Please utilise the search facility to find similar items that have letters or crystals as available options. You can then select the letter and/or month from the drop-down boxes on the product listing. For those items that offer multiple birth month crystals, you can select the number of crystals required from the drop-down box. Then enter the month(s) required in the text box on the product listing.

However, if you wish to add extra charms that are not available on any of the product listings, then please contact me. Please include a link to the item you want to order. Along with specifically stating which extra charms you want and which country you want it shipped to. You will then receive an email response (normally within 24 hours) with information regarding the price of your custom order and how to purchase it.

Materials & Care

All jewellery and accessory items come packaged in a cardboard gift box made from 100% recycled card that is ready for gifting. As items are already packaged in a way suitable for gifting, I believe that extra wrapping is unnecessary and better for the environment. Therefore, I do not offer a specific gift wrapping service.

For sterling silver items, the jewellery item is attached to a rectangular card inside a resealable plastic bag. This is then placed inside the cardboard gift box. This is to ensure the sterling silver item reaches you in perfect condition without any tarnishing of the sterling silver.

Yes. For items stated as being sterling silver, the parts used are genuine sterling silver. Several of the components (typically the clasp, closure tag and charm) will be marked with 925 which designates the component is made from sterling silver.

Sterling silver jewellery items will tarnish with time. However, a silver polishing cloth can remove the tarnish and restore the shine. Please read "How Do I Care For My Jewellery Items?" faq below for more information on how to care for your jewellery items.

I recommend that any jewellery should not be worn at night when sleeping, not got wet e.g. not to be worn whilst swimming, showering or exercising and isn't cleaned with any chemicals.

Sterling Silver

For sterling silver jewellery, I recommend that the jewellery is contained in an airtight container, such as a resealable plastic bag when not in use. If the sterling silver does tarnish, a silver polish cloth can remove the tarnish and restore the shine.

If giving as a gift, please keep the jewellery item inside the plastic resealable bag it arrives in until you are ready to gift the item. The gift box isn't airtight and therefore keeping it in the plastic bag will keep the sterling silver from tarnishing.

Stainless Steel

For stainless steel jewellery, I recommend that the jewellery is stored separately from other items when not in use. Whilst stainless steel is durable it can scratch. If the stainless steel needs cleaning, then a damp cloth with gentle wiping should normally suffice. If not, dip the cloth in some water with some gentle dishwashing soap before gently wiping. Always wipe in the direction of any polish lines and make sure to remove any soap residue and dry the item thoroughly.


Yes. On the majority of the items, the charms will move around. E.g. move along the chain of the necklace or move along the bangle etc. On items where there are multiple charms, then the charms can overlap when being worn.

  2. You will receive an email asking you to confirm that you want to receive email marketing material. Click on the “confirm your email” button within the email. (Email confirmation is required. Double opt in has been set up to make sure the owner of the email address provided does wish to receive marketing emails.)
